Allow your body to move through a fluid sequence of elongation by stretching and lengthening your muscles. 

Dynamic and static stretches will encourage you to loosen tight muscles, which can cause pain and discomfort. 

It’s not about being good at something; it’s about being good to yourself.

Release muscular tension and improve muscle tone while you stretch, roll and release it all in this class. 

This class incorporates the reformer, foam roller and pressure point balls used for stretching and compression. 

This class will challenge you both mentally and physically to release those unwanted areas of tightness, tension and stiffness. Leaving you feeling longer and at ease within your body after only 50 minutes.

Prerequisite: General good health, free of injury and welcome women during the first trimester with GP clearance.
