Meet Your Instructor

Sarah Callaham Margetts, Director of The Body Method, is a leading injury-informed Pilates practitioner. She guides and empowers people around the world to move better, feel better, and become a stronger, more balanced, version of themselves — free from pain and limitations.

With over 14 years of teaching experience, 500+hr Comprehensive National Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) qualification, 200hr Yoga Teacher certification, two bachelor degrees, and a specialisation in Neuro-Kinetic Pilates for spinal cord injuries, Sarah is well-equipped to provide you with a comprehensive education in Pilates.

Sarah’s journey began when she found herself in the pursuit of a solution to her struggles with chronic pain since the age of 11 and injuries. After years of discomfort, Sarah finally found relief in practicing Pilates and quickly became enamored with its transformative power.

Today, Sarah is on a mission to guide others to build solid foundations in fundamental movements so they can achieve their wellness goals — whether it’s improved posture, reduced pain, increased range of motion, or enhanced strength — and ultimately, transform their lives.
