Semi-Private Pilates

Our Semi-Private Pilates classes allow you the individualised programming of a private session but in a small group setting. 

These sessions are for clients who prefer a more personalised class, are recovering from injury or are pre or postnatal. 

Each class combines therapeutic and remedial exercises to help you achieve your specific needs and goals.
