Reformer Pilates
A dynamic, fun and challenging workout that targets your whole body through controlled movement focusing on strengthening and lengthening your stabilising muscles and improving posture and flexibility.
You will build on the basics and begin intermediate exercises, with modifications if needed.
Here the tempo is moderate, and the class has flow.
As repetitions increase, combinations expand, and dynamic movements come into play. The progression of exercises will challenge you and your coordination, leaving you with a happy burn you will feel good about the next day.
The Body Method's large equipment and small apparatuses will ensure you'll never get bored.

Prerequisite: General good health, free of injury and welcome women during the first trimester with GP clearance.
