Stretch, Roll + Release

An hour class where you will stretch & roll incorporating Pilates specific stretches, with a slight infusion of Yoga to allow your muscles to lengthen and release tension.  

Set in a dimly lit studio, with peaceful music and props to further add to your elongation.

The perfect class to zen out and align your breathing with your movement to enhance your length and flexibility.

Pace: Slow 

Prerequisite: General good health, free of injury and welcome women during the first trimester with GP clearance.
