Restorative Yoga
Yes! It's as good as it sounds.
A restorative yoga sequence typically involves only a few poses, supported by props that allow you to relax and rest completely.
Light strength poses bring flexibility and stability to the body by holding each post for a more extended period, including lite twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends.
Suitable for all levels, whether you are new to yoga, an advanced practitioner, coming out of injury, or simply experiencing body imbalances.
You will dive into the body's natural intelligence and awareness to find a sense of release, bringing about an increased circulation of energy into the areas where your body holds all of its tension- physically, mentally & emotionally.
Pace: Slow
Prerequisite: General good health, free of injury and welcome women during the first trimester with GP clearance.
