Meditation
Meditation is a great place to remember who we are and who we are to each other.
We are not the body, we are not the stories we tell ourselves or our abilities, and we certainly are not our age, disease, or trauma we have experienced.
These are aspects of your journey, but they are not the whole story.
You should never let a single story be the complete narrative!
