This February, join us for a 28 day Good Moves Challenge!
This challenge is all about giving you all the tools to make lasting change. Each day you will receive a daily healthy habit tip from one of our clinic room practitioners, local community collaborators, or from Sarah herself, giving you small ways you can make a big change in all areas of your life. And since it is all about YOU and your own changes, that means that YOU will be the one who holds YOU accountable, with your own personal accountability tracker.
How it works:
Sign up to the challenge through the email list below.
Make sure you are getting all of our emails from hello@thebodymethod.com.au.
Check out each of our 28 daily tips from topics ranging from movement, holistic nutrition, nervous system regulation, massage, esoteric healing, naturopathy, skin care, etc.
Move your body at least 4x per week, either with a few of our classes or simply by getting outside for a walk along the beach.
Keep track of how many of the 28 daily tips you try and how many times you got active on your personal accountability tracker.
At the end of the 28 days, choose at least 2 (if not more!) of the healthy habits you tried over the last 28 days to commit to for the next 6 weeks. Add this to moving your body at least 3x per week for the next 6 weeks too, and you will be feeling amazing before you know it!

We are all different and at different stages within our journey, but that doesn’t mean we can’t all find ways to feel good.
